Can I collect from your warehouse?
The answer is yes, all collections must be pre-ordered and in the case of non-account customers, paid for in advance.
What areas do you deliver to?
The answer to this is simple: all of them! We have the capabilities to deliver our products worldwide.
Can I specify a delivery date or time?
Yes, as we use the courier network we can offer a range of options – Please ask at the time of ordering!
PAYMENT
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards except for American Express.
Can we pay by BACS?
Yes, BACS Payments are not a problem.
What are your payment terms?
Credit Account Payment Terms are 30 days from the end of the month.
Do you accept PayPal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal payments at this time.
PLACING AN ORDER
Do I have to have a trade account to order?
No, anyone can purchase from PWP Industrial! Orders for customers without a credit account require payment before despatch and any special order items are non-returnable.
How can I place an order?
Add items to your enquiry basket on the website and once this has been submitted a member of our sales team will be in touch with you. Alternatively, orders can be placed by phone, email, or post.
Is there a carriage charge?
Most orders for UK delivery above £50 net are without a carriage charge and despatched on a next working day courier. Special requirements such as timed delivery or same-day delivery are chargeable.
Do your prices include VAT?
All of our quotations and pricing is net of VAT.
How late can I order for next day delivery?
Orders placed by 3:00pm are eligible for next day delivery.
YOUR ACCOUNT
How do I open an credit account?
Download and complete the Account Application Form and email this along with a copy of your company letterhead to accounts@pwpind.com. Our accounts department will process your application in accordance with PWP Industrial’s internal procedures.
